I’ve been thinking about writing this for a bit, and to be honest, I haven’t because I’ve been a bit scared to. So I’m just going to get over myself.
I support this re-blog so whole heartedly. I’ve been playing Neopets for 11 years, and sometimes I wonder if I’d even be here if it wasn’t for the friends that I made, and still continue to make, through that site.
I’ve been through a lot of crap and just wanted to say that if anyone who’s reading this ever has a problem, I would love to be a listening ear and to help if I could. No judging, just as much understanding as I can give. I know feeling like you’re alone with no one to talk to is the worst feeling, so I just want anyone who’s reading this to know that they’re never truly alone, because if I could help even just one person out a little bit, I’d be really happy. In a week’s time, it’ll be the one-year anniversary since my cousin killed himself. He was the boy that I grew up with, and coming to terms with the fact that he’s gone isn’t easy. But one thing that always sticks with me is how he didn’t realise how much he’s missed and how loved he is. Never forget that even if you’re not special to yourself, you’re the most important person to you, and are special to other people that you may not even realise.
So even if you’re just feeling ‘left out’ and want someone to talk to, I really love having ask convos. And my favourite mornings are the ones where I get to wake up to asks and neotag love. There seems to be 10 new neoblogs every day, so it’s pretty hard to keep up when I’m not around very much because lol!work, but I do try, and I’d love to talk to you all more. So do send an ask and say hello, it’s not as scary as you think. <3
